Since 1989, we have been actively helping people and organizations manage transitions: workplace change, conflict & stress, interpersonal relationship, trauma and death.

The leadership development is an integral component of our training sessions CISM - Critical Incident Stress Management, Organizational Health & Wellness, Proactive, Intentional Coaching and Effective Conflict Resolution.

We have provided these services for a wide variety of markets including First Responders (Fire, Police and EMS), Health Care, Victim Services, Not for Profit, Independent Schools, School Boards and Insurance Providers.

Our Founder, John Robertson is enthusiastic, empathetic and results-oriented with extensive experience in visioning, training and implementing professional change solutions. He works with clients to identify opportunities to utilize excellent leadership, delivery and training strengths to develop organizational health through purposeful change.
